Step #1: First, carefully insert the toothbrush handle into your chosen bamboo head; a little gap is required between the main body and the head for vibrational movements.
Step #2: Next, ensure your brush is charged fully before use. Lightly press the button to turn on. Once on, press the button continuously to select 1 of our 5 brushing modes. Hold the button for 3 seconds on your chosen mode to change the intensity between low (green light on) medium (yellow light on) and high (yellow light and green light on at the same time).
Step #3: Add toothpaste and place it in your mouth before switching on again to avoid splatter!
Step #4: The brush bristles and your gums should be 45 degrees, move
slowly through usage. Gently grasp the main body while moving it slowly in a circular movement. Do not force the toothbrush
or scrub it.
Step #5: During the process, you will feel a short pause every 30 seconds. It is to remind you that you need to equalise the four sections in your mouth to achieve the best cleaning result. Dentists suggest brushing your teeth for at least 2 minutes, the timer will stop when your two minutes are up.
Step #6: Once finished, lightly press the button to switch it off. Make sure you wipe your toothbrush down ensuring you take the brush head off of the handle regularly to give that a clean too.
